NEW YORK, July 15, 2024 – The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) today reported net revenues of $12.73 billion and net earnings of $3.04 billion for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. Diluted earnings per common share (EPS) was $8.62 and annualized return on average common shareholders’ equity (ROE) was 10.9% for the second quarter of 2024.
