We introduced the skills-based recruiting model in the United States, Europe, and Asia for professionals with up to five years of experience. This model enables eligible professionals to apply to a relevant skill instead of a specific role to be considered for multiple teams and roles as they become available. In addition to skills-based applications, we encourage potential candidates to review analyst or associate job postings as well, given not all office locations or roles are included.
